Welcome to a little introduction about me! In this section, you'll get to know more about me, why I chose UX/UI design as a profession, things I couldn't include in my resume!

I am a recent graduate from the University of Bahrain with a major in software engineering. While many might wonder why I’m not diving straight into a coding career despite my degree, but software engineering is so much more than just coding. The software development lifecycle has several phases, and coding (implementation) is only one of them. Before we even get to coding, there are important steps like requirement gathering, requirement analysis, planning and designing. Throughout my studies, I found myself particularly drawn to the requirement gathering and analysis phases. These stages are crucial for ensuring that a project starts on the right foot and meets the users' needs effectively.

During one of my university vacations, I took a Mobile Graphics course out of my passion for continuous learning and to explore my interest in design. Later, during my internship at Fablab, I participated in the Fab Academy Diploma program, a fun 10-week training focused on 2D and 3D designing. These experiences sparked my passion for design!

I also had a keen interest in psychology, learning about human behaviour and cognition, and discovering how people think and act.

During my final semester, with only one course left, following my interests I decided to join the UX Design Immersive Bootcamp at General Assembly and began my exciting UX journey from there.

In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing, exploring new places, trying new foods and always looking for ways to grow (self-development) through different courses.
